Please ensure that items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the skincare products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals and protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a time convenient for you.
Quality Check and Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
